8 Object Test

The effect

• The magician shows the viewer a clip on his phone, presenting a sequence of 8 everyday objects.
• The viewer is asked to pick one secretly and remember it.
• The magician asks how many letters are in the chosen object, and counts them out with his mobile.
• The viewer’s chosen object is then magically revealed in a second clip!

How to do it

• Click the MENU key and navigate to the APPLICATIONS folder.
• Open the MY OWN folder using the CENTRE BUTTON of the main SCROLL PAD.
• Select the 8 Object Test using the CENTRE BUTTON.
• Click the * KEY and show the viewer your phone screen as it runs through the 8 objects in random order, asking them to choose an object without telling anyone.
• Once the viewer has picked an object, discreetly click the # KEY to enter magic mode.
• Click the CENTRE BUTTON the appropriate number of time as you count out the number of letters in the chosen object.
• After 4 seconds, the phone screen will reveal the chosen object to the viewer. Amazing!
