Find where you are, where you want to go and how to get there.
There are 6 steps to finding your way around with Ovi Maps.
If you need to install Ovi Maps click here otherwise continue on.
Open the Ovi Maps application on your phone (every Nokia GPS enabled handset will come with the UK maps preinstalled for you).
You will see a GPS fix bar on the bottom of the screen. This will turn green when you have a good fix (this will take approximately 30 seconds outside).
Once you have a GPS fix, your current location will be shown as a red dot on the map.
Find search (either a text box on the screen or under the Options menu, depending on your device) and enter your required info (i.e. restaurant name, street or town).
Ovi Maps will then search and show the results. Press the middle key for more options, like saving as a favourite if you'd like to find it quickly next time.
All Ovi Maps enabled Nokias come with a free Navigation trial. Try it out! Get real-time directions and re-routing if roads are closed or you make a wrong turn.
Follow the 5 steps to activate your free Navigation trial.
